At KATCH ME, we want you to love your look, but we understand if a style isn't the perfect fit. You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange.
Check Your Items
Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original KATCH ME tags attached to be eligible for a return.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package and Post
Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to drop off your parcel at any authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
